2 Step Dip

Pre-work

  1. Bring out 2 sticks of butter and leave out to become room temperature (soft)
  2. If using wood skewers. Place skewers in a dish of water and let them soak.
  3. Clean and remove shells and tails off shrimp. Set to the side in a bowl.
  4. Place soft butter in a small bowl. Mince 6 cloves of garlic and place into bowl with the butter. Stir to mix butter and garlic together.
  5. Remove skewers from water.
  6. Using 1 skewer take 6 shrimp and poke each shrimp onto skewer from head side to tail. Once all 6 shrimp are on one skewer place skewer onto small pan. Repeat until all shrimp are skewered.
  7. Using the garlic butter, spread generously over both sides of shrimp. Save some of the garlic butter for later on.
  8. Grab bottle of TSG Ring the Bell seasoning and shake seasoning over all shrimp. Make sure to get both sides.
